The fastest way to reach us is by email. We are a small team and respond personally to most messages, typically within 2-3 business days.

What we want to hear about
Outdated rates
If you used WalletCalc and the calculated fee didn't match what you were actually charged, please tell us. Include the country, service, transaction type, and the date of your transaction. We update the rate database weekly and reader reports are our most valuable signal that something needs updating.
New countries to cover
We currently cover Kenya, Nigeria, Philippines, Indonesia, Ghana, Uganda, and Tanzania. Our 2026 expansion roadmap includes Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, and additional Latin American markets. If your country isn't covered yet, telling us increases its priority. Include the country and the main mobile money services people use there.
New transaction types
We may not yet calculate every transaction variant. If your service has a fee category we're missing (specific bill payment types, merchant categories, government service payments), let us know.
Feature requests
If there's a comparison, calculation, or feature that would help you make better mobile money decisions, share it. Many of our most useful features came from reader suggestions.
Press and partnership inquiries
For media questions, partnership proposals, or research collaboration, email us at the same address with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
WalletCalc is independent of mobile money providers. We cannot:
- Help you recover money from a failed transaction
- Resolve disputes with M-Pesa, OPay, GCash, or any other provider
- Provide customer service for mobile money providers
- Reverse charges or refund fees
For these issues, please contact your mobile money provider directly. Each major provider has dedicated customer service channels:
- M-Pesa Kenya: Call 100 from a Safaricom line, or 0722 002100 from any phone
- OPay Nigeria: In-app support or 01-888-2105
- GCash Philippines: Help section in the GCash app
- MTN MoMo: Call 100 from an MTN line in most countries
Response expectations
We are a small team working part-time on WalletCalc. Response times:
- Rate update reports: typically reviewed within 48 hours, integrated within 7 days
- Feature requests: acknowledged within a week, integrated based on priority and complexity
- Press inquiries: 1-3 business days
- General feedback: read by the team but may not receive an individual response
We genuinely appreciate every message. Even when we can't respond individually, your feedback shapes the product.
